Shipping policy

We ship to most locations across India.

  • Orders that are in stock are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date the order is placed.
  • Delivery is generally completed within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email (where supported by our courier partner).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays.
  • If your PIN code is not serviceable or we are unable to deliver to your location, your order will be cancelled and any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Free Exchange (Seller's Mistake Only)

A free exchange will be provided only if the error is on our side, including:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size sent by us
  • Wrong colour sent by us
  • Damaged or defective product received

Customer-Requested Exchange

If the exchange is requested then the following terms apply:

  • ₹149 exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • The exchange will be processed only after the shipping charges have been received.
  • Once we receive the original product, it will undergo a quality inspection. After the product passes our quality check, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3–7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be Original product, unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • All exchanged products are subject to a quality inspection before approval.
  • If the product fails the inspection, the exchange request may be rejected.

Second Exchange & Returns

  • A second exchange is allowed only if the customer bears all applicable shipping charges.
  • Products received through an exchange are not eligible for return or any further exchange.
  • If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, all return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Size Guide

To minimise exchange requests, we strongly recommend checking the Size Chart carefully before placing your order. We are unable to offer free exchanges for sizing issues caused by incorrect size selection by the customer.
